How to make a return
Pursuant to the European Directive 2011/83, implemented in Italy with the Legislative Decree of 21 February 2014 and Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the customer within 14 days of receipt of the purchased goods. The customer must notify Global Store International of Bagno Marcos Antonio, owner of the online store, of the will to exercise this right.
Only the customer-consumer, i.e. the natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity and who therefore does not indicate a VAT number in the order form, can exercise this right.
- Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
- The withdrawal cannot be exercised in case of lack of the original packaging, of all the elements accompanying the product and anything else present in the original packaging.
- It is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on part of the purchased product.
- withdrawal is possible only and exclusively if the product has not been opened from the original guarantee seal, tampered with and activated.
- Shipments are paid by the buyer and not by the Shop
Method of withdrawal
Within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, the consumer must send a communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to:

Once Global Store International has received the registered letter relating to the communication of withdrawal from the purchase contract, the company's Customer Service will contact the consumer by e-mail to accept the request and confirm the possible shipment of the package.
The goods must be packed carefully to avoid damage during shipment. The original packaging must be used and the product must be complete with everything originally contained. We recommend shipping via insured courier.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and is responsible for the product during shipping. In case of loss, theft, or other, Global Store International reserves the right to charge for any damage suffered.
Within 14 days of acceptance of the withdrawal by Global Store International, the customer must send the product by courier.
Upon arrival of the goods, Global Store International will check the integrity of the goods and the presence of all the products accompanying the original product.
The integrity of the property is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is lost due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents).
The goods must therefore be returned intact, unused, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.). Therefore:
- The Products must not show any sign of use, even partial, of the goods and any consumables;
- The products must be returned with the original external packaging and/or internal packaging;
- The products must be returned with all the accessory and integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.);
- The products must be returned free of signs of damage for reasons other than transport.
Any deficiencies in the packaging or signs of use on the goods (for example the removal of seals or protections placed by the manufacturers) will be relevant for the purpose of assessing the decrease in value of the goods, with a consequent reduction in the sum credited back to the customer.
The company will reimburse all payments received from the consumer, possibly including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which it received the products subject to the withdrawal request.
The company will make the refund using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that he does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
The consumer is only responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
To establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the beni the consumer should only handle and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do in a shop. Consequently, during the withdrawal period the consumer should handle and inspect the goods with due diligence.
In the event of damage to the product during transport, Global Store International will inform the Customer of what has happened (within five working days of receiving the product in its warehouses), to allow the customer to immediately file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the product (if insured by the customer).
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCEPTIONS AND RETURN POLICIES
Subject to the exceptions indicated below, you have the right to withdraw from the order placed, without having to give any reason within 14 days from the day you received the ordered product (or the last product, batch or piece in the case of goods, lots or multiple pieces delivered separately) or from the conclusion of the contract (including, but not limited to, contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, such as a CD or DVD). If you have entrusted a trusted person with the collection, your right of withdrawal starts from the day of delivery of the product to the person designated by you, other than the courier.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the relative communication is sent before the expiry of the 14-day period and that the product is returned to the Global Store international company of Bagno Marcos Antonio, at its own expense, customs fees (if applied) , in product conditions and original packaging intact in all their aspects, under penalty of the same forfeiture of the right of withdrawal.

EFFECTS OF THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We will refund all payments received in relation to the product for which you have exercised the right of withdrawal, EXCLUDING transport costs, within 30 days from the day on which we received the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. We will make the refund by bank transfer or by issuing a shopping voucher for our shop, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product. Keep in mind that you are required to return the products within 14 days from the day on which you communicated the withdrawal by sending the goods, perfectly packed and never used, to Casa Shop Store in Bagno Marcos Antonio, in via Dei Giovi 8D, 22060 Carimate (Como) - Italy. You will have to bear the direct costs of shipping and customs (if applicable) to return the product.
In case of NON-acceptance of the return for one of the aforementioned violations, the costs for re-sending the goods to you will be at your expense.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply in case of:
- Supply of sealed goods which do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or connected to health protection and which have been opened after delivery or in the case of supply of products which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods;
- Provision of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that has been unsealed after delivery;
- Supply of made-to-measure or clearly personalized goods;
- Supply of goods which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Supply of digital content (including applications, software, ebooks, MP3s, etc.) using a non-material support (for example a CD or a DVD) if at the time of placing the order you have expressly consented at the beginning of the execution accepting the loss of the right of withdrawal as a result of the start of execution;
- Supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;
- Returns of sale items or gift cards.
Damages and problems: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or the wrong item is received, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
Exchanges: The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once you have placed the order and made the payment, the system automatically starts the delivery procedure for the product/s.

All our items are shipped packed in perfect condition, and are double checked before being sent.
If, at the time of delivery, there is external damage or anomalies in the packaging, the person receiving it must report it on the delivery note or on the proof of delivery, indicating "VISIBLY DAMAGED PACKAGE".
This is essential for the agency to accept the claim.
If necessary, open an after-sales issue within 5 days of delivery.
2B. What should I do when receiving a shipment?
All our items leave the warehouse in perfect condition.
The first thing to do is to check that the number of packages received corresponds to those sent.
Second, inspect each package externally very carefully to see if there are any signs that it has been hit or mishandled, such as bumps, dents, holes, bad boxes, carrier seals, or any sign that would suggest that the goods may be damaged.
It is mandatory to leave a note "VISIBLY DAMAGED PACKAGE" and a signature on the courier's delivery note, on paper or digital support (PDA), if there are such signs of damage.
The procedure in case of receiving a damaged item is as follows:

Once the courier's responsibility for the damage has been defined, we will send you the labels for the collection of the product (which must be packed in its original box with the packing material included). Shipping costs are entirely borne by Casa Shop Store. Subsequently, the refund/replacement of the product will be issued.
