RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCEPTIONS AND RETURN POLICIES GLOBAL SHOP STORE

Subject to the exceptions set out below, you have the right to withdraw from the order placed, without having to give any reason, within 14 days from the day you received the ordered product (or the last product, lot or piece in the case of goods, lots or multiple pieces delivered separately) or from the conclusion of the contract (including but not limited to,  contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, such as a CD or DVD). If you have appointed a person of your trust to collect it, your right of withdrawal starts from the day of delivery of the product to the person designated by you, other than the courier.

You will have to communicate to Global Shop Store of Bagno Marcos Antonio with operational headquarters in via Dei Giovi, 8D 22060 Carimate, Como, Italy, exercising the right of withdrawal (i) by following the instructions available in the Returns Center, (ii) using the Contact Us function or (iii) using this form. If you use the Returns Centre, we will send you a confirmation of receipt.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the relative communication is sent before the expiry of the 14-day period and that the product is returned to Global Shop Store of Bagno Marcos Antonio through the instructions available in the Returns Center.

EFFECTS OF EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We will refund all payments received in relation to the product for which you have exercised the right of withdrawal, including shipping costs related to the cheapest shipping method offered by Global Shop Store di Bagno Marcos Antonio, within 14 days from the day we received the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. We will make the refund to the same payment method you used to place the order, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that you have returned it to Global Shop Store in Bagno Marcos Antonio, whichever occurs first. Please note that you are required to return the products to us by following the instructions available in our Returns Center within 14 days from the day you communicated the withdrawal. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the products. You may be held liable for diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods (other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods).

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply in case of:

- supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery or in the case of supply of products that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods;

- supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been opened after delivery;

- supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;

- supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

- service contracts after the complete provision of the service by Global Shop Store di Bagno Marcos Antonio, if you have expressly consented to the execution of the service by us accepting the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full execution of the contract;

- supply of digital content (including applications, software, ebooks, MP3s, etc.) through a non-material medium (for example a CD or DVD) if at the time of placing the order you have expressly consented to the beginning of execution accepting the loss of the right of withdrawal as a result of the start of execution;

- supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;

- supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time of conclusion of the sales contract, whose delivery can only take place after thirty days and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that cannot be controlled by Global Shop Store di Bagno Marcos Antonio.

In addition to your rights deriving from the law, the products sold by Global Shop Store di Bagno Marcos Antonio can be returned to Global Shop Store di Bagno Marcos Antonio, within 30 days of delivery, subject to exceptions to the right of withdrawal, provided they are intact and in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. In these cases we will only refund the price paid for the purchase. We will not refund the shipping costs incurred to receive the item you are returning (except in cases of return of clothing, shoes and bags). The risks arising from transport and the costs of return will be at your sole expense. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are inclusive of VAT applicable by law.

Information on the availability of the products we sell is listed on the site, as well as on the presentation page of each product. Other than the information provided on that page or elsewhere on the site, we are unable to give more precise information regarding the availability of products. Please consider that the estimated shipping and delivery times of the products are purely indicative and it is not possible to rely on them totally. Once we receive your order, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Site's Communication Center if any of the products you ordered are not available.

Despite all our efforts, we cannot exclude that for a small part of the millions of products in our catalog a price different from the actual one is indicated by mistake. In any case, we will check the correctness of the prices of the products during the process of verifying the order and subsequent shipment of the products. If, due to misunderstandings or other inconveniences, the price indicated on the site is lower than the correct sale price of a product, we may contact you to check if you still wish to purchase the product at the correct price or we may not accept your order. If the correct price of a product is lower than that indicated on the site, we will charge you only the lower correct price and ship the product to you anyway.

CUSTOMS

If the goods ordered from Global Shop Store di Bagno Marcos Antonio, should be delivered outside of Italy you may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional customs clearance costs will be at your expense. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount. WARRANTIES ON PRODUCTS SOLD BY GLOBAL SHOP STORE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The warranty regime on products sold by Global Shop Store di Bagno Marcos Antonio differs depending on whether the buyer is a "consumer" or a "professional" within the meaning of Directive 1999/44 / EC concerning "certain aspects of sales contracts and guarantees concerning consumer goods".

If you purchase as a "consumer", you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity to which the seller is required by law on each good sold ("Legal Guarantee").

To the extent permitted by law, Global Shop Store di Bagno Marcos Antonio, declines all responsibility in the event that the delivered product does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery other than Italy.

Global Shop Store di Bagno Marcos Antonio, will not be responsible in case of delay in the delivery of the goods purchased due to insufficient stocks at the publisher or supplier.

We will also not be liable in the event of non-substantial differences between the goods purchased and their illustrative images and text descriptions published on our site.

Except in the case of intent or gross negligence, we are only liable for any direct and foreseeable damage at the time of conclusion of the sales contract. We will therefore not be liable for any losses suffered, loss of profit or any other damage that is not an immediate and direct consequence of our default or that was not foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the sales contract. Global Shop Store di Bagno Marcos Antonio, is in no way responsible for the fulfillment of the obligations of third parties who may offer commercial guarantees in relation to the products on sale on the site.

CHANGES TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

We reserve the right to modify the site, policies and these General Conditions of Sale at any time to offer new products or services, or to comply with legal or regulatory provisions. You will be subject to the policies and terms of the General Conditions of Sale from time to time in force at the time you order products from us, unless any changes to such policies and terms are required by applicable law or competent authorities (in which case, they will also apply to orders you have previously placed). If any provision of these conditions is deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, this condition will not affect the validity and effectiveness of the other provisions.

RENUNCIATION

In the event of non-compliance by you with these General Conditions of Sale, our failure to exercise the right to act against you, does not represent our waiver to act for the violation of commitments assumed by you.

MINOR

We do not sell products to minors. We sell children's products that can only be purchased by adults. If you are under 18, you can only use global-shopping.eu involving a parent or guardian.

2B. What should I do when I receive a shipment?

The first thing to do is to check that the number of packages received matches those sent.

Secondly, inspect each package externally very carefully to see if there are signs that have been hit or handled poorly, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals or any sign that may make you suspect that the goods may be damaged.

It is mandatory to leave a note and a signature on the courier's delivery note, on paper or digital (PDA), "VISIBLY DAMAGED PACKAGE" if it presents such signs.

The procedure in case of receipt of damaged item is as follows:

Open a complaint directly to our contact service within 5 days of receipt of the package and attach the following photographs:

photograph of the package where signs of damage are evident

photograph of the protective material inside the box

Some photos of the damage to the purchased product

photograph of the labels on the package

photograph of the transport document received by the courier

Once the courier's responsibility for the damage has been defined, we will send you the labels for the collection of the product (which must be packed in its original box with the packaging material included). Shipping costs are entirely borne by Global Shop Store.

Subsequently, the refund / replacement of the product will be issued.

Not signing / reporting on paper or digital media (PDA) of the courier that the package is "VISIBLY DAMAGED" means that the claim will be automatically rejected.
